Cancelation conditions

Normal Cancelation conditions

Cancelation fees are calculated as follows:

• Free cancellation until 90 days before the event date: I will refund the 100% from the transferred amount (bank charges may be deducted).
• From 90 until 60 days before the event date: I will refund 50% of the total amount that has been transferred (bank charges may be deducted).
• From 60 until the event date (or no show): 100% of the total charge. Special condition for DJ Services: if I get the book for another event on the same day after you have let me know that you cancel your event, I will refund 50% of the total amount transferred (bank charges can be deducted).

Special Cancelation conditions COVID-19 2021

Cancelation fees are calculated as follows:

• Free cancellation until 90 days before the event date: I will refund the 100% from the transferred amount (bank charges may be deducted).
• If from 90 days until your event date: you are not allowed to travel from your country to Mallorca due to Government restrictions, the cancellation is free, and 100% of the amount received will be transferred (bank charges may apply to countries outside the EU)
• If from 90 days until your event date:you are allowed to travel, but you want to cancel the booking, the fee will be 100% of the transferred amount.
  Special condition for DJ Services: if I get the book for another event on the same day after you have let me know that you cancel your event, I will refund 50% of the total amount transferred (bank charges may be deducted).
